The 3 problems in protecting intellectual property online:
How do you find infringing content in the first place?
Our solution: We developed the Hunter-Seeker Engine™ to take care of finding them for you. The Engine runs systematic scans of the net to discover where your copyrights are being violated.
What action to take once infringing content has been found?
Our solution: We created a vast database of file host details that contains all of the essential email addresses and hosting information required to act. Our IP experts vet every link by hand, ensuring your content is taken down efficiently and effectively.
How to ensure that links go down, and what to do if they don't?
Our solution: We developed an auto-tracking system that automatically watches every link we DMCA, with three degrees of legal escalation.

We utilise the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) in order to remove materials that infringe copyrights on the internet.
For our purposes the DMCA serves as a compromise between copyright owners and file host owners.
File hosts store content, allowing their users to download it anywhere in the world. However, file hosts don't know what their users upload and download on their site - that way they're not liable if their users are storing illegal content. But the DMCA says that if a file host is notified that content stored on their website violates copyright law, they are legally obliged to take that content down or make it inaccessible.
In other words, if we send a DMCA notice to a file host that informs them that they have illegal content on their servers, they must act. Accordingly, we developed tools that allow us to discover and respond to copyright violations extremely quickly.
